The task
The organisation works with participants from more than 35 countries, so the site had to read equally well in several languages and hold a large volume of official documents and rules.
The solution
I built a multilingual structure with separate URLs per language, an expert catalogue with filters, a rules and documents section and an arbitration cost calculator. Navigation got special attention: with that much text, users must find the right section fast.
The result
Participants from different countries use the platform in their own language, and the organisation now has one place for documents, experts and requests instead of email threads.
